in fact, the last (and latest) driver version (9.) was actually labeled as Win 7 but was made available after Win 10. This chipset is no longer supported by Intel. It passed muster when I did the original upgrade from Win 7 and I've never had any issues with any other Win 10 update. This laptop uses an integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 chip. I've got a Toshiba Portege R830, manufactured in 2012.
Now I've got 2 inch black squares present on many web page renderings.
